Resort Fee

A $22 per night resort fee payment applies for all stays. This amount is in addition to the base room rate. This resort fee allows us to maintain facilities and offer top-notch amenities including:

  • Fitness Center
  • Heated Riverside Pool and Hot Tub
  • Bike and Snowshoe Rental
  • Business Center
  • Coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the lobby 24 hours
  • High Speed Internet
  • Ski Shuttle (seasonal)

Deposits

A credit card is required to secure your reservation. A deposit equal to 1 night's room, resort fee, and tax will be taken upon completion of your reservation. This amount will be applied as a credit to your account once you check in. Should you cancel outside the stated cancellation period, you will receive a full refund. Funds generally take 3-6 business days to become available again, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

The Inn at Riverwalk's free cancellation period varies by season. Spring, Summer and Fall: 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Winter: 72 hours unless otherwise stated. Note: Holiday reservations have a 7 day cancellation period. This means you may cancel or modify a reservation up to 4pm, 1-7 days before your scheduled arrival, depending on your cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled after the stated cancellation period will result in a forfeited deposit equal to 1 night's room, resort fee, and tax.
