To Our Guests, A Note About COVID-19

Dear Guests,

We want to share the proactive steps we are taking to minimize exposure to the COVID-19 virus at our hotel property with you because the health and safety of our guests and our employees at the Inn at Riverwalk is our highest priority.

At the Inn at Riverwalk, we have placed maximum emphasis on sanitizing and disinfecting our property by implementing a continuous cleaning regimen throughout the day and evening. All of our public areas, including our reception desk and lobby area, are disinfected every two hours. All door handles, service counters and all “high touch areas” throughout our property are sanitized with medical-grade disinfectant. To anticipate the needs of our guests we are well-stocked with necessities like water, hand sanitizer and cleansers. As always, all of our rooms go through a rigorous deep cleaning every day.

We also will be removing all buffet style offerings such as our breakfast and trail mix bar. Instead, we will be packaging individual portions which will be available in the lobby for guests to enjoy at their leisure.

In addition, our employees are encouraged to stay home from work if they are sick so they can rest and recover. Our employees have paid sick leave and PTO (personal time off). Our team at the Inn at Riverwalk is watching over one another and if anyone is feeling sick, they are given the direction to go home, rest up and get well.

We greatly appreciate your trust and patronage. We want you to know we are doing everything in our power during these trying times and we will remain vigilant in our efforts so you can feel confident staying with us.
