The Inn at Riverwalk proudly offers nightly vacation rentals of condominiums that are close to Beaver Creek and Vail! These affordable condo rentals offer residential amenities in the 1st & Main building. Each condo is approximately 800 square feet and is individually owned and decorated, so no two spaces are the same. While all condos offer the same amenities and features, you will notice their styles vary from mountain cozy to modern chic. Located within steps of shopping, dining, and the Riverwalk Theatre in Edwards, our condominiums are a perfect choice for an extended stay, or just an evening away.

2 Bedroom Riverview: Includes 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Accommodates up to 6 guests.
2 Bedroom Mountainview: Includes 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Accommodates up to 6 guests.
1 Bedroom Mountainview: Includes 1 king bedroom, a sleeper sofa and a daybed. Accommodates up to 6 guests.
Every condo also includes 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living area, balcony, fireplace, washer and dryer, and a dedicated garage parking space.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Our kitchens have everything you need for an extended stay or even a dinner party!
Appliances include a refrigerator with freezer, an oven with stove-top burners, a dishwasher, a coffee grinder and brewer, and agarbage disposal. Dinnerware includes service for 6 people: small and large plates, bowls, flatware, water glasses, coffee mugs, and serving utensils. Pots and pans, cutting boards, a serving platter, plus additional cooking accessories are also included.
Laundry
You will have a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is included.
Balcony
Each condo has a private balcony with seating for two. Riverside condos face north towards the Eagle River and recreation path. Mountainside condos face south towards the Riverwalk shops and restaurants.
Parking
Every condo has one dedicated parking spot in the garage directly beneath the 1st & Main building, where condos are located. A coded keypad allows access to the garage. This code will be provided to you upon check in. Additional parking is available in the west lot, directly next to the hotel.
Pets
All condominiums are pet friendly. A cleaning fee of $25 per pet, per day applies. The pet fee is limited to $150 per stay.
Connectivity
A large flatscreen TV is in each living room and a smaller TV is in each master bedroom. You will have a private Wifi network.
Directions to 1st & Main
All condos are located in the 1st and Main building. Check in is located at The Inn at Riverwalk's reception desk, located at 27 Main Street. We look forward to meeting you for check-in at the front desk, as staff will not be present to check you in on the condominium floor.
When walking from the hotel, turn left out the hotel's main entrance and continue on the sidewalk to the building directly next door. You will pass restaurants called The Rose and Main Street Grill before reaching the main entrance. There is a large sign reading "1st & Main" above the door. Enter here and locate the elevator to your right. Condominiums are located on the 3rd floor.
When driving from the hotel, travel east on Main Street (straight if the hotel is on your left). Take an immediate left on the drive between the hotel building, 27 Main Street and the condo building, 1st and Main. Take an immediate right to enter the parking garage. The keypad where you will enter your entry code is located to the left.
